Es Cendol Elizabeth

Es Cendol Elizabeth
Es cendol is an Indonesian drink made from rice flour served with coconut milk, sugar palm and ice cubes. The most famous es cendol is cendol Elizabeth, sold in front of Elizabeth bag shop at Jl. Otto Iskandar Dinata and Jl. Cihampelas. The easier way to get cendol Elizabeth is buy it at “Griya/Jogja” Supermarket (package).

Or you can get it at “Café Lis” on Elizabeth store Jalan Astana Anyar, like we did. I took this photo before we (me, my wife and Najma) enjoy it.

Eric, the green is made from rice flour, the white is coconut milk and the brown/red one is sugar palm.

Louz, for the best result you should stir the ingredients by your spoon.
