Gifts from Arab

Gifts from ArabMy mother was back from Mecca and she gave me some Arab stuff as a gift. Halawa, date palm, Arabian apparel and Tinab (at-tin dry fruits). Maybe friends from United Arab Emirates very familiar with those things. Well, I’m happy my mother’s pilgrimage was alright.

But we are also sorrow over my aunt, do you remember my previous post about “Mother Day”?. She is my aunt and she was passed away yesterday. I pray for her…may God bless her.

Bunyamin,
I am wishing you, your mother and family much comfort at this very sad time of the loss of your auntie.

Did your mother take any photos while in Mecca? If so, perhaps you could share one with us sometime.

These look like a type of pomegranate. . .? I wonder what all those little seed fruits are like from the tin. Fun to see an Arabian treat.
