Great shot and yes, I agree with you. We had a wave of them a few years ago, from eastern europe. They were operated in gangs, dropped off and picked up - mothers who thrust their babies in your face, etc etc

Fortunately, I do not have serious traffic jam. (Least where I use for commute). However, we slowly build up same issue on particular time in the day on man routes.

Nice street shot! I guess the fake beggars are a global phenom. My husband once gave a few dollars to a guy in a tattered coat as we were heading to a cafe for dinner. When we were finished with dinner and were walking along and saw the same guy take off his old coat, put on a sweatshirt, get into a convertible sports car and drive away. It was a university town, so maybe he was a social researcher? ;^) That has not happened much in our experience, but the persistent ones in tourist cities who use children as fronts, that really bothers me a lot.

What about social conditions that create REAL beggars, which meansd fake beggars can get away under the cloak of a real problem? That would possibly be annoying too.
